Many websites make it hard to find information and adopt an impersonal voice. For commercial real estate developer Moore&Associates, C+C created a 3-portal website (brokers, investors, and tenants) each with information keyed to a specific audience. And to make the experience more inviting, we dubbed the portals “lounges” and gave the text a one-on-one, conversational tone.
