Help Me Be Healthy is an operating division of C+C devoted to designing, producing, and distributing educational pamphlets. Originally created to promote healthy lifestyles for participants of the WIC program (Women, Infants, and Children), the brochures continue to be updated and through our Co-Op programs are available to anyone, regardless of organization, affiliation or order size.
