For the museum’s fundraiser invitations C+C chose an arresting mix of medium, message, and technique. To make the connection with children, we used rich pigments and deeply-saturated colors. Combining layering and blending, the pieces took on a glow and depth like watercolors. Finally, the ever-present birds, bees, and butterflies were drawn with an inviting whimsy.
