Lucinda Crabtree, C+C’s President and Founder, today addressed the 78th Annual Meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, DC on the growing convergence of interests between cities and businesses. In her capacity as Co-Chair of the Conference’s Business Council, she noted that many municipalities now develop business plans and many companies now adopt social or community plans. Lucinda stressed the theme that has been a hallmark of her tenure, that the potential for strengthening both businesses and cities through shared, concerted action has never been greater or more necessary.
